We currently ship orders within the United States only.

Warehouse & Fulfillment
While our products are manufactured overseas, all orders are fulfilled and shipped from our U.S.-based fulfillment center located in Savannah, Georgia.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed earlier in the day are often shipped the same business day.

Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days after shipment.
Most customers receive their order within approximately 2 days after dispatch.

Shipping Cost
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided for all orders once the package has been shipped.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Because all orders ship from within the United States, customs or import duties do not apply.
